Day 50/75 Hard

I’ve felt the need to slow down my pace a little bit. Not to the point of failure just feeling the need to keep my movement very specific, intentional and low impact. I know I’m going to face new challenges once we get to WI here soon. I’ve also started to reflect on this past year and gear up for the next. I feel a lot of healing is on the horizon. So I’ve been doing lots of yoga, stretching, mobility and meditation and it feels really really good. Day 50 is on the books! Only 26 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 49/75 Hard

YOU GUYS!!! It’s happening!!! One of my goals in doing this challenge was to improve my body metrics and get them all within healthy range. One of these metrics is metabolic age. It’s been stuck at 39yo for over a year and never moved once. Well today that all changes. I am waking up with a metabolic age of 38yo!!! And that’s coming off a full blown adventure day where nutrition was on plan but definitely not the best within that spectrum. Wow! Just goes to show ya, you really do need to trust the process. Day 49 is on the books! Only 27 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 48/75 Hard

These 4:30am wake up calls are TOUGH! Getting half my water in by 7am also made for a super difficult day. Especially when you’re out in the middle of no where…🚫🚽. But it’s all worth it when it’s for an adventure day. Be sure to go and check out @the_mistress_off_road for all the deets on that. Now off to bed! Day 48 is on the books! Day 47/75 Hard

Happy Friday friends! We made it another week! Today was AMAZING! And soooooo productive! It’s the first Friday since starting this challenge that I have successfully cleaned the entire house AND got all required tasks in! Now it’s time to put my feet up. But only for the night because it’s another 4am wake up call for me tomorrow. Day 47 is on the books! Only 29 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 46/75 Hard

Had over half my water in by 9am this morning. That set the tone for the rest of the day. Day 46 is on the books! Only 30 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

My vulnerability is my superpower. I show up. I share the hard. And I don’t quit. When I was younger I was always told I overshared. I have ALWAYS been an open book who wears her heart on her sleeve. But what was once considered my weakness has grown into something that has changed not only my life for the better but has the ability to change other people’s lives as well. What was once something I was looked down on for is now my strength. I share it all because it’s healing for me to do so but it also helps countless others feel less alone in their own shit. I know this because of all the heartfelt messages I receive on a regular basis. These messages mean the world to me and keep me going on the days I want to quit.

So if you’re reading this thinking yeah she totally overshares. Then you are not my people and that’s ok. For those of you whose lives I’ve touched in any way by sharing my truth, my pain, my struggles, you are my people and I thank you for being here. Thank you so much Ronda for the reminder I needed today. So yeah, my vulnerability is in fact my superpower and I couldn’t be more proud.

Day 45/75 Hard

Gosh you guys, mentally and emotionally I’m really struggling. As we get closer to Christmas the days get harder. They seem longer and go slower. I am so so so grateful for my support system. I’ve called on more family and friends this week so far then in the entirety of the challenge to date. Thank you so very much to each and every one of you. I would not have gotten through another day without you. Day 45 is on the books! Only 30 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 44/75 Hard

PRO TIP: if you want to be successful in this challenge have a solid support system you can call upon when you want to give up. No matter how old you get sometimes you just need a good old fashioned pep talk from your Dad to push past the slump you’re in. Thank you Dad! I love you! Also yeah, I TOTALLY flopped on food photos today. Mentally it took all I had in me just to get it all in. Those perfect days just don’t exist folks so stop beating yourself up for everything less than. Day 44 is on the books! Only 31 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 43/75 Hard

I’m losing momentum. I’m losing drive. I’m tired. I’m finding the days more difficult to complete and not because I’m too busy but because I just don’t want to. But I also don’t want to fail so here I am moving forward and cussing the entire time. Day 43 is on the books! Only 32 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Another Adventure Day Saturday! So again I had to be up with the sun to fit everything in. I am BEYOND exhausted and looking forward to a lazy day Sunday tomorrow. Day 41 is on the books! Only 34 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️
