Day 6/75 Hard

Hell yeah! I got everything in on record time today! I am soooooo happy! I was super worried I wasn’t gonna fit it all in. I had to take little man to a Birthday party this morning and didn’t get home until after 2pm. After that I had an extra small window to get everything in because tonight is a much needed Mom’s Night Out. I cannot wait to see all my favorite people and have a kid free, husband free evening. Day 6 is on the books! Only 69 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 5/75 Hard

Fridays are going to be my hardest days for sure. I’ve got to figure out how to fit in all the house cleaning plus the required tasks for the challenge ASAP because today was far too stressful to do this week after week. I actually said out loud multiple times that I didn’t want to do this anymore. But I listened to the Real AF with Andy Frisella Podcast 14. #75HARD: A Tactical Guide To Winning The War With Yourself and told my b*tch voice to shut the hell up. Day 5 is on the books! Only 70 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 4/75 Hard

I had ZERO motivation to complete one single task today. NONE whatsoever! But my desire to achieve my goals and really rock this challenge was far greater than my desire to plop my ass on the couch all day and binge watch garbage TV. Cravings were pretty darn high today too! Between Crumbl Cookies AMAZING content and the fam’s request of Mac N Cheese and Garlic Bread for dinner it was definitely hard not to cave. But thankfully my daily superfood shake helps kick those cravings to the curb and fast! Day 4 is on the books! Only 71 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 3/75 Hard

Man that full moon energy really messed with my mental game today. Anyone else??? Little man had one meltdown after the other and I was super duper emotional too, crying at absolutely nothing multiple times today. I did NOT want to do the second workout at all! But I told myself I couldn’t even sit down until it was done. I was so committed to that thought that actually did my reading while walking laps around the kitchen table. When Andy Frisella said this was a mental toughness challenge he wasn’t kidding! Day 3 is on the books! Only 72 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 2/75 Hard

I made today my b*tch! There were so many monkey wrenches thrown in my day but rather than spiral I stayed calm and focused. I faced each challenge one by one and just kept moving forward. One foot in front of the other checking off the boxes as I went along with lots of breathing along the way. As a result I got everything in that I needed to in record time! Anything is possible if you put your mind to it. Day two is donezo! 73 more days to go! ♠️❤️💀

Day 1/75 Hard

What started as an inconvenient headache turned into a full blown migraine today. I genuinely do not know how I got through the day. I absolutely had to keep the workouts low impact so my brains didn’t explode all over the walls. A little dramatic I know. But if you suffer from migraines than you also know. Anyhoo, today was not the kick off to the 75 Hard Challenge that I had planned for but then again that’s part of the challenge…managing life’s curveballs. I’m so so so flippin proud of myself for pushing forward and getting all required tasks completed! Day 1 done! Only 74 more days to go! ♠️❤️💀

75 Hard Challenge

Nothing like a weekend away to recharge your whole self in mind, body and spirit. But it’s back to the real world and I am so excited to kick off the 75 Hard Challenge! Yup! I’m doing it again!!!

I’m not gonna lie I’m a little nervous going into it this time. Last time I simply woke up one morning and decided that would be the day to start. This time around however, I’ve already completed the challenge before so I know what to expect and I’ve also had abundant time to overthink things. But I think the timing is perfect. Of all the crazy shit life has thrown my way this summer this challenge is something I can take full control of.

For the next 75 days I will be completing the following tasks each and every day:

💪🏼 Two 45 minute workouts

⛈ One workout must be outdoors

🍎 Follow a diet

🍻 No alcohol or cheat meals

💦 Drink one gallon of water

If any of the above tasks are not completed in a day then the challenge must start over at day one. So here I go!!! Be sure to follow along on stories for the day by day. If you’d like to see how the challenge went for me the first time you can find all the details in my blog. Simply check out the link in my bio.
