Day 49/75 Hard

YOU GUYS!!! It’s happening!!! One of my goals in doing this challenge was to improve my body metrics and get them all within healthy range. One of these metrics is metabolic age. It’s been stuck at 39yo for over a year and never moved once. Well today that all changes. I am waking up with a metabolic age of 38yo!!! And that’s coming off a full blown adventure day where nutrition was on plan but definitely not the best within that spectrum. Wow! Just goes to show ya, you really do need to trust the process. Day 49 is on the books! Only 27 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️
