Day 57/75 Hard

I’m still riding high off the successes of the weekend. Being able to finally SEE the changes happening on the outside is such a HUGE win for me. I know I will always struggle with body dysmorphia but right now it’s in the background and I’m excited to focus on what I see in the forefront. And what I see in the forefront is a strong and beautiful woman full of so much confidence she glows. Day 57 is on the books! Only 18 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

✔️ No alcohol or cheat meals

✔️ Drink one gallon of water

✔️ Read 10 pages of personal development
