I was asked today what my biggest struggle has been so far in the challenge. I shared my answer and poured my heart out in my stories on this very topic. Be sure to check it out of you haven’t done so already. Day 31 is on the books! Only 44 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️
I call this workout the Mom workout. I’ve selected each move in the circuit to mimic picking up after and/or chasing the kiddo(s), running errands, picking up and hauling shopping bags, etc. But you definitely don’t need to be a Momma to do this amazing workout.
Optional Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, Leg Band, Rope-less Jump Rope. Do x15 reps of each arm/leg move as seen in the video with x100 reps of varying jumps in between each move with the jump rope. Do 2 complete sets for an absolute calorie burn that’s tons of fun and can be done just about anywhere…at home, in the gym, at the playground, on the beach! The sky is the limit with this one.
No time to try this workout now? Simply save this post or the video over on my YouTube channel and come back to it when you have time. If you do try this out be sure and tag me and let me know what you think!
I don’t have a clue where the day went. It flew by so fast! But the best part was…I had zero anxiety or problem getting all the required tasks in ON TOP of all the usual responsibilities i.e. wife life, mom life, homeschool and homework, PLUS filming a bunch of content! It was a GREAT day! Day 30 is on the books! Only 45 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️
Today we continued our learning about the different states of matter. We focused in on solids and liquids by making our own Oobleck! It acts as both a solid and liquid at the same time!!!
Equipment Needed: large mixing bowl, mixing spoon, measuring cups, food coloring, corn starch and water.
Instructions: mix food coloring of your choice into one cup of water. Add x2 cups of corn starch to the mixing bowl. Add colored water, mix and enjoy!

Optional Equipment Needed: Arm Band, Leg Band, Rope-less Jump Rope. Do x15 reps of each arm/leg move as seen in the video with x100 reps in between each move with the jump rope. Do 3-4 complete sets depending on the time you have.
This circuit workout can be done just about anywhere! Indoors, outdoors, on the go, on vacation. It’s super quick, super easy and requires minimal to no equipment. Woke up this morning REALLY wanting to have a day off. But Hunter was quick to remind me that I’d fail the challenge and have to start ALL OVER! Day 28 is on the books! Only 47 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️
Yesterday’s Adventure Day was so much fun! And I’m am so so so glad I got all my tasks in before we left because when we got home I crashed HARD! So hard I fell asleep before even posting this end of day recap for y’all. Day 27 is on the books! Only 48 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️
Today was all about self-care. Aside from all the tasks below I also gave myself a mani/pedi and spent loads of time with the kiddo. Laundry is done and the house is cleaned. I’m excited for the weekend ahead. Day 26 is on the books! Only 49 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️
I was debating whether or not to post this because my body dysmorphia is at an all time high. Even with the obvious transformation I see every little imperfection and flaw. Every single one! It’s just not good enough. My anxiety is at an all time high too and I feel extremely vulnerable posting this. But then I remembered that I’m here to share it all. The good and the bad. It wouldn’t be true to who I am to hide all that I’m feeling from you. I’m hopeful that someday I’ll be able to look at these transformation photos with pride. Today is simply not that day.
Day 1 vs. Day 25
So here it is my Day 1 vs. my Day 25. So far I’ve lost 4.6lbs and 4” and I’ve seen a drop in my BMI, Body Fat and Visceral Fat. I’ve done well over 2,250 minutes of workouts, read over 250 pages of an actual book, drank over 3,200 ounces of water and have gone 25 days without added sugar, fast food and alcohol. There has been zero cheating and zero days off.
Day 1 vs. Day 25
Only 49 days left as of writing this post and I am in a really good groove. I cant and won’t dwell on the negative thoughts and body image issues floating around in my head. I will not let my body dysmorphia consume me. If I give it even a second more of my time it will take over and unravel everything I’ve worked so hard for. So I’m just gonna leave this post here for all of you in hopes that it inspires someone somewhere. And in hopes that someday I too will be able to look back at this and be proud of myself.
Day 1 vs. Day 25
If you’ve made it this far and are still reading this thank you! It’s means a lot to me that you’re here. If this spoke to you in anyway drop your favorite emoji below. Now on to day 26 and beyond!
