Day 38/75 Hard

Deciding to spend the first half of the day filming content was not the smartest decision. I had also promised little man that we would put up the Christmas decorations today too. So when 4pm rolled around and I hadn’t done a single task for the challenge including water I was a lot a bit pissed at myself. I will NOT be making that mistake again that’s for sure. Day 38 is on the books! Only 37 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 1 vs. Day 37.5 of the 75 Hard Challenge

I’m halfway there!!! So far I’ve lost 5.8lbs and 7.5” and I’ve seen a drop in my BMI, Body Fat and Visceral Fat. I’ve done well over 3,330 minutes of workouts, read over 370 pages of an actual book, drank over 4,736 ounces of water and have gone 37.5 days without added sugar, fast food and alcohol. There has been zero cheating and zero days off.

Day 1 vs. Day 37.5

Only 37.5 days left as of writing this post and I am I am struggling to get back into a good groove. Life has gotten tough once again and as it always does. Now is the time to show up tougher. I have leaned on my support system more these past few days then the entirety of the challenge so far. I cannot thank you all enough for all of the love, support, help and encouragement. You all mean the world to me. I could not have gotten to this point without all of you.

Day 1 vs. Day 37.5

If you’ve made it this far and are still reading this thank you! It’s means a lot to me that you’re here. If this spoke to you in anyway drop your favorite emoji below. Or simply drop your favorite quote or words of encouragement. I could sure use it today especially.

Day 1 vs. Day 37.5

Day 36/75 Hard

Definitely a difficult day for me. I woke up with a bad headache and throwing up due to all the stress of yesterday’s events. So I took things slow and steady. I put one foot in front of the other and just kept checking off the boxes and did not give up until I was done. Day 36 is on the books! Only 39 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 35/75 Hard

Yesterday was the first day that I legit almost failed. And not like the other day when I almost had a sip of the hubby’s drink not realizing there was alcohol in it. I mean like I almost gave up on the entire day completely. Some health news of a family member from back home started the tailspin. I feel like I’m experiencing serious PTSD. Followed by the devastating news of the absolutely horrific event that occurred back in my hometown of Waukesha, WI. I was on the phone the entire day and cried until my eyes were swollen and stinging. Life is tough as hell man! To all my prayers warriors I ask for your prayers for my family and for all of the families involved in the incident. Thank you to the hubby and little man for picking up my slack around the house and not letting me throw in the towel on my day and this challenge. I love you! Day 35 is on the books! Only 40 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 34/75 Hard

I was up with the moon this morning in order to fit everything in. Those that know me well know what a big deal this is for me. I am NOT a morning person AT ALL! So to be up at 4am is not something I choose to do unless it’s absolutely necessary and today it was necessary. It’s amazing what we can accomplish when we put our mind to it. Day 34 is on the books! Only 41 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 32/75 Hard

Nutrition was a struggle again today but I went into it with a plan. Timers were set and when those timers went off I ate. I didn’t like it but I did it. Thank you again to all of you who have messaged me privately about the topic. It’s nice to know that I am not alone in the struggle. Stay tuned for a dedicated post on the topic very soon. Day 32 is on the books! Only 43 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️
