Day 61/75 Hard

First outdoor workout in the cold Wisconsin weather is on the books! I truly expected it to be a lot more difficult than it was. Did I like it? Absolutely not! Would I choose to do it outside of this challenge probably not. But it’s TOTALLY doable. Be sure to check out my video from earlier to see what workout I did and give it a try for yourself! Day 60/75 Hard

I was up with the moon this morning in order to get in what I could before an all day travel day. The lack of sleep hit HARD around 3pm and I’ve been dragging ever since. But it’s all worth it because we finally made it to Wisconsin!!! I’m so excited to spend some much needed time with family! If you’re up for an outdoor workout with me while I’m in town hit me up! Day 59/75 Hard

Holy smokes was it a crazy busy day yesterday! I was running non-stop from the second my feet hit the floor. Don’t be fooled by this post going up the next morning. You bet your butt I got it all in! Off to WI for the holidays. I’m excited for the new challenges ahead. Day 59 is on the books! Only 16 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 57/75 Hard

I’m still riding high off the successes of the weekend. Being able to finally SEE the changes happening on the outside is such a HUGE win for me. I know I will always struggle with body dysmorphia but right now it’s in the background and I’m excited to focus on what I see in the forefront. And what I see in the forefront is a strong and beautiful woman full of so much confidence she glows. Day 57 is on the books! Only 18 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Day 56/75 Hard

Woke up this morning feeling FANFUCKINTASTIC! And looking the same too if I do say so myself. I’m not being cocky. I’ve worked REALLY hard to get to where I’m at so to finally be able to feel good on the inside AND see it on the outside is such a HUGE win for me! I AM UNSTOPPABLE and so excited for what the future holds. Make sure to follow along. You don’t want to miss it. Day 56 is on the books! Only 19 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️

Spent a much needed day completely unplugged and present with my bestie making and decorating Christmas cookies with the kiddos and catching up. These next few weeks are gonna be tough. I was not in it mentally ALL day today. But then at 3pm Hunter said, “Mommy you can’t fail.” And he’s right. I can’t fail. I won’t fail. So I got my sorry ass up off the couch and got my butt in gear. Day 53 is on the books! Only 22 more days to go! ♠️💀❤️
