Nothing like a weekend away to recharge your whole self in mind, body and spirit. But it’s back to the real world and I am so excited to kick off the 75 Hard Challenge! Yup! I’m doing it again!!!
I’m not gonna lie I’m a little nervous going into it this time. Last time I simply woke up one morning and decided that would be the day to start. This time around however, I’ve already completed the challenge before so I know what to expect and I’ve also had abundant time to overthink things. But I think the timing is perfect. Of all the crazy shit life has thrown my way this summer this challenge is something I can take full control of.
For the next 75 days I will be completing the following tasks each and every day:
💪🏼 Two 45 minute workouts
⛈ One workout must be outdoors
🍎 Follow a diet
🍻 No alcohol or cheat meals
💦 Drink one gallon of water
📖 Read 10 pages of personal development
📸 Take a progress photo
If any of the above tasks are not completed in a day then the challenge must start over at day one. So here I go!!! Be sure to follow along on stories for the day by day.
